Who do I contact for service?

For service on Policies written through the MetLife Auto & Home Flood Program, please contact your MetLife Auto & Home representative or contact our agency Sales Consultants directly at 877-638-0022.

Who do I contact for claim assistance? 

National Flood Services (NFS) handles all loss-reporting and claim-handling questions.  Customers can call for toll-free assistance at 800-759-8656.  This information is also listed on the customer's flood policy Declarations Page. 

Can I access claim information on-line? 

Currently, MetLife Auto & Home customers do not have access to flood claim information on-line. Flood agents, however, do have the ability to see certain claim information on-line to help keep their customers informed. Contact your agent, who can simply access our administrator's system to see adjuster contact information, claim status (Open/Closed), payments, and payment dates. Agents have all of this information at their fingertips to better inform their customers. As always, feel free to contact our claim service department for assistance as well.
